Sorry I've kind of MIA lately.
But I’ve been eating alright, went out with one of my friends yesterday had some fun. Then I went to the gym and decided fuck what everyone else think and I alternated between jogging and walking every two minutes for half an hour. My thighs hurt but whatever I felt better after it and it cleared my head from stuff I had been thinking about a lot throughout the day
